Recipes

Today was a fine day. My Mom and I made Batik Cake. (Recipe below) And not to forget I made my specialty biscuit yesterday, “Cornflakes Chocolate Biscuits”. (Recipe below)

Recipes:
Batik Cake

Ingredients:

7 Eggs
1
Bar of Cooking Chocolate
1
Cup of Sugar
1
Tin Condense Milk (reduce)*
8 oz
Margarine or Butter
500g
Milo
600g
Marie Biscuit (round or finger type)

Methods:

Beat the butter or margarine and sugar till fluffy. Add egg one at a time, beating until mixture becomes smooth. Gradually, add Condense Milk, Milo and Chocolate (Melted)

Put mixture into a pot or frying pan. Stir the mixture until thick. Cool it down and mix the Marie Biscuits (Break the Biscuits) into the mixture. Transfer the mixed mixture into a cake tray. Press the mixtures in level. Put tray into the fridge to let the cake set. Cut into small pieces for serving.

*Due to health awareness, please reduce 1 tin of condense milk into a cup or so.

Cornflakes Chocolate Biscuits

Big box of Cornflakes
1
Small packets of dice Almonds

Hope all of u enjoy the above recipes!!

Wishing everyone out there a 'Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays !!!'
